Transparent voluntarily provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (the “Warranty”) for each product sold via the Website and popup stores. The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer law. The Warranty Covers the Following
Transparent hereby warrants that the product, for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase from Transparent via the Website, is without defects, provided however that the product is only used in accordance with published guidelines from Transparent for the product, including the product’s user manuals, technical specifications, etc. and subject to the limitations set forth in this document.
The Warranty only applies to the product the Customer purchased for their own use and not for resale.
The Warranty Does Not Apply to
(a) products that were bought through other channels than the Website;
(b) issues that occur more than 1year after the date of original purchase from Transparent via the Website;
(c) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
(d) damage caused by any external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire;
(e) damage caused by operating or use of the Product other than in accordance with published guidelines from Transparent for the product, including the product’s user
manuals, technical specifications, etc.; or
(f) a product that has been modified.
If the Customer submits a valid claim under the Warranty, Transparent will, at its option:
(a) repair the product; or
(b) replace the product.
