The general terms & conditions apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via (the “Website”) or during a popup event hosted by Transparent.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) form a contract between the Customer and Transparent AB, a Swedish company registered under registration number 556917-9517 and located at Döbelnsgatan 47 113 52 Stockholm, Sweden.


By making a purchase from and using the Website, the Customer agrees to the Terms of Use. The Customer shall make sure to have read and understood the Terms of Use when using our site. The Customer can at any time remove a product from the cart before placing an order.


Once Transparent has received an order, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address, as confirmation of the purchase.

It is important that the Customer enters the correct e-mail address when placing an order.
We recommend saving this e-mail since the order confirmation (receipt) also serves as an of proof of the purchase.

Payment, Prices & Fees

The price of the products is the total price (excluding potential import and custom fees). Transparent offers free shipping over €100/$100/1000 SEK for all orders except to the UK where shipping costs are £35.

Transparent accepts most major credit- and debit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express). If the payment is not confirmed, the order will not get processed. Also, where available, Transparent collaborates with KLARNA Checkout.


Items shipped within the EU, UK and US are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that tax and duties are included in the purchase price.

All orders outside EU, UK and US the customer pays DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means that VAT is not included in the purchase price.
You will get contacted by customs once the shipment arrives and you will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and allow your goods to be delivered.

It should be noted that Transparent has no control over these charges and, since these charges differ between countries, Transparent cannot predict their amount. Transparent advises the Customer to contact the local customs office for further information.

If you don't pay for the VAT costs and the order gets shipped back to us, we will charge you for the shipping costs.


Transparent ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. Standard delivery time is estimated to 3-5 business days within the EU and US. Standard delivery time is estimated to 5-7 business days worldwide. If you cannot find your desired destination country in the shipping list, please contact the Transparent customer support at [email protected]

In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from Transparent either by e-mail or telephone.

If a product has been discontinued, Transparent has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Transparent will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.

Returns & Exchanges

The Customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from placing the order. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

Transparent does not offer free returns and the customer will need to pay the return costs. If an item is damaged during transport, Transparent should be contacted within 30 days for information about an exchange. Transparent does not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.

All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on the Customer’s account. Please contact Transparent if the refund does not appear within 20 days.


Transparent voluntarily provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (the “Warranty”) for each product sold via the Website, the concept store and popups. The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer law. For further information about consumer law, please contact the local consumer organization.

The Warranty Covers the Following
Transparent hereby warrants that the product, for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase from Transparent via the Website, is without defects, provided however that the product is only used in accordance with published guidelines from Transparent for the product, including the product’s user manuals, technical specifications, etc. and subject to the limitations set forth in this document.

The Warranty only applies to the product the Customer purchased for their own use and not for resale.

The Warranty Does Not Apply to
(a) products that were bought through other channels than the Website;
(b) issues that occur more than 1year after the date of original purchase from Transparent via the Website;
(c) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
(d) damage caused by any external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire;
(e) damage caused by operating or use of the Product other than in accordance with published guidelines from Transparent for the product, including the product’s user
manuals, technical specifications, etc.; or
(f) a product that has been modified.

If the Customer submits a valid claim under the Warranty, Transparent will, at its option:
(a) repair the product; or
(b) replace the product.
